Paula Lauzon is the founder, director, and producer of San Gabriel Films, an independent production company based in Georgetown, Texas. Guided by the belief that powerful stories can inspire, heal, and bring people together, she is dedicated to creating films that are emotionally authentic, visually compelling, and deeply human.

Before pursuing storytelling full time, Paula built a successful career in the legal and business sectors, where she developed the strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape her creative work. Her professional background, combined with years of experience in front of the camera as an actor and behind the scenes as a casting director, producer, and director, gives her a unique perspective on every stage of the creative process.

Today, Paula focuses on developing and directing original feature films and television projects that explore resilience, hope, redemption, and the extraordinary strength found in ordinary people. Through San Gabriel Films, she is building a slate of original productions that reflect her commitment to meaningful storytelling, unforgettable characters, and stories that leave a lasting impression.

As a member of the Television Academy and a Daytime Emmy Awards judge, Paula remains actively engaged in the entertainment industry while championing independent cinema and fostering creative collaboration. She believes every project should resonate long after the screen fades to black.
